Jackson is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of rare persistence, industry and intellectual rigour. He has worked as the Group Head of Regulatory Compliance for Equity Bank Group Holdings PLC for several years. Before that, he worked as Senior Manager, Legal & Risk, in KPMG East Africa where he worked in various countries such as Tanzania, South Africa, Rwanda, DRC, Nigeria amongst others. He has also worked with Nyairo & Company Advocates, Gathara Mahinda Advocates, Mohammed Muigai Advocates and as a Legal Officer for Equity Bank.
Jackson started working with Equity Bank Limited as a bank clerk after emerging as one of the best students in the KCSE examination in the banks Pre-University Program. He has key skills in conveyancing, banking securities, real estate, labour, commercial law, compliance, data privacy, family law, medical law and succession and many others. He has un-paralleled skills in Data Privacy, Consumer Protection, Anti Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing and Proliferation Financing (AML CFT PF) financing.
